The company is primarily engaged in the grinding of olives to extract an extra virgin olive oil. It was incorporated in January of 1995. The company was born 16 years ago as a small local oil factory and has been in a parallel development with region's olive groves. It has gone from 400,000 kilograms of olives in its first season to 18,000,000 in 2011/2012. The company has a registered office located in Hellin, Spain. The company's oil comes from olives collected mainly in the region of Hellin (Albacete). Its privileged location in the southeast of the peninsula, with an average altitude of 550 meters and a mild Mediterranean climate make the area a paradise for olive cultivation with a long tradition. This is evidenced by the existence of two Roman mills that are located in the Archaeological Park Tolmo de Minateda, only 10 kilometers away from the company. The company is committed to spreading the culture of olive oil, so it has set a code of ethics based on three fundamental principles: quality in the process and product, excellent customer service and painstaking care for the environment.
